Bible Journey with Paul — Privacy Policy

Bible Journey with Paul is published by Dongguan Zhien Technology (Zhienapp). This policy describes versions 1.0.0, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 of the iPhone and iPad app.
Learning in the app
The first five lessons are free in versions 1.0.1 and 1.0.2; version 1.0.0 includes three free lessons. One optional Apple in-app purchase unlocks the complete study. Unlocked lesson content is bundled and can be used offline. The app has no advertising, analytics SDKs, chat, student profiles or cross-app tracking. It does not require a developer account.
We do not collect or transmit your learning activity, progress, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos or religious information through the app. Completed journey stops, keepsakes, activity choices, reviewed lessons, recent recall times, revisit flags, locally suggested review dates and language, sound, motion, text size and control preferences are stored on your device. Selected recall answers are not saved. In version 1.0.2, the current journey can also save stable activity phases in Caesarea, the Storm and Rome on the device. These local records are not sent to our servers. Your device's system backup may include local app data according to your Apple settings.
Purchases and education offers
Apple processes in-app payments, restores, refunds and offer-code redemption under its own terms and privacy policy. Apple may process purchase information associated with your Apple Account. The app reads and verifies StoreKit transactions on your device to determine access; it does not transmit your transaction history or Apple Account credentials to the developer. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide the publisher with sales, financial and performance reports through its developer services.
An internet connection is required for a first purchase, restore or offer redemption. Verified access may remain available offline through Apple's local transaction cache. Family Sharing depends on the product's availability and your Apple family settings. Learning progress does not sync between devices.
Individual educators or learners may ask our support address about education offers. Eligibility and availability depend on the offer actually issued. Please have a parent or guardian handle an inquiry on behalf of a minor. We do not require student records, school identity documents, religious affiliation or a child's personal details. Individual purchases and offer codes do not provide a school-wide device license.
Sharing
You may choose to open the iOS share sheet to share a journey card or an optional lesson activity sheet PDF. The chosen document is handed to the destination you select only at your request. Its handling after sharing is governed by that destination's policies. The app does not automatically publish documents or upload them to the developer.
Support requests
If you email developer@zhienapp.com, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and resolve the issue or education-offer inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive religious information or personal information about children. You can request deletion of support correspondence at the same address; records may need to be retained to resolve a dispute or comply with law.
Young learners
The app is intended for teens and young adults, with a recommended audience of 13 and older. It does not ask for age, beliefs, student rosters or personal answers to reflection questions. A parent or guardian with concerns about support correspondence may contact us.
Managing local data
“Start Over” clears your interactive journey after confirmation while retaining your preferences and separately reviewed lesson marks and recall records. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to any backup or restoration by the operating system. For a browser preview, clearing its site data removes local progress and preferences. Erasing local learning progress does not cancel an Apple purchase; use Restore Purchases with the original Apple Account when needed.

If new features change how information is handled, we will update this policy and App Store disclosures before releasing them.

个人教师或学习者可向支持邮箱咨询教育优惠，以实际发放的优惠为准。未成年人由家长或监护人代为咨询即可，无需提交学生记录、学校证件、宗教身份或儿童个人信息。个人购买和优惠码不是全校设备许可证。
只有主动分享时，分享卡或课程活动单 PDF 才经系统面板交给你选择的目标，后续处理适用该目标服务的政策。应用不会自动发布或向开发者上传这些文档。
如果发送支持邮件，我们会收到你主动提供的邮箱、正文及附件，用于回复、处理问题或教育优惠咨询。请勿发送密码、付款资料、敏感宗教信息或儿童个人信息。可向同一邮箱申请删除支持通信；争议处理或法律要求可能需要保留记录。
本应用面向青少年与青年，建议 13 岁及以上；不要求提供年龄、信仰、学生名单或反思题的个人答案。家长或监护人如有疑问可联系支持邮箱。
“重新开始”经确认后清空互动旅程，保留偏好和独立记录的课程回顾标记和回忆练习记录。删除应用会移除本地数据，但系统备份和恢复可能另有影响。浏览器预览清除站点数据会移除本地记录。清空学习记录不会取消 Apple 购买；必要时使用原 Apple 账户恢复购买。
